Powder surface coating machine is used for improving functions of powder, upgrading quality of powder, increasing using value of powder and optimizing powder performance. It is mainly used for calcium carbonate coating, and it is also widely applied in other non-metallic minerals, such as kaolin, talc, wollastonite, quartz, mica, white carbon black, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, aluminium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, barium sulfate, illite, pyrophyllite, and tremolite, etc.
1. It adopts high-speed turbo mixer for impact stirring, which can completely atomize the coating agent and make it absorbed onto surface of the micro powder, thus it can use small amount agent dosage to realize the powder coating.
2. It is equipped with ultrafine classifying system, which will remove the agglomerated particles produced from the coating process, and it will ensure the activating rate more than 98%, and in general, it will reach 99%. The product quality is extremely steady.
3. Coating product activating rate will be higher than three-rotor coating machine. For the same activating rate, the stearic acid consumption will be smaller than three-rotor coating machine.
