DASWELL truck mounted concrete pump truck uses modern advanced computer simulation technology to systematically analyze the effects of various parameters such as stress, displacement, natural frequency and other parameters on the boom fatigue life of the truck structure. Optimize the design, adopt new free fluid technology, and greatly reduce the impact of pump reversal on the boom. All the steel plates of the boom system are made of high-strength cold-aluminum steel plates, and the yield strength is more than 900Mpa, which ensures the high strength and light weight of the boom system. The boom system is equipped with 100% post-welding stress relief treatment for the distribution booms, legs, and fuel tanks. Each weld of the boom system undergoes 100% flawless inspection or X-ray photographs to eliminate all the defects, and the durability is much better. The rotary system of the boom system adopts the Germany or Italy products and the material is 42CrMo, which has higher strength and longer service life.
1. It adopts X type support legs, with short car body but high stability. The supporting legs can be unfolded in narrow spaces.
2. The valve is from Rexroth, Sunny or Eaton.
3. 900# steel plate from Austria, with three times strength than that of Mn16 steel.
4. Engine speed is controlled by IMS brand stepping motor and driver, which is imported from USA.
5. Large diameter cylinder, big pumping flow.
6. Fully hydraulic controlled commutation hydraulic system. Pumping, S-valve distribution to replace the reversing direction, no need electrical signals, and it has features of small reversing impact, low noise, greatly lengthen lifespan of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic valve, eliminating the middle segments of the electronic control signal, greatly improve the reliability of the entire set of equipment.
7. The unique boom cushioning technology greatly reduces the high pressure peak of the system. Even in the case of high output, the boom has small vibration and the tail pipe is stable.

On February 2nd, 2018, Daswell Machinery send one set of DHBT15 concrete mixer with pump and one 100m concrete conveyor pipe to Africa.
On May 23, 2017, one set of HBT40-200 electric concrete mixer with pump and 100m concrete delivery pipes were delivered to our South America customer. This customer is a construction contractor. He is our regular customer, and he uses our machine very well.
We loaded one set of HBT30/JZM450 concrete mixer with pump into 20OT container and sent it to Southeast Asia on September 4, 2014. This customer is big pumping machines reseller in local country. So, they are very professional in pumping machines. After the mixer pump was ready for delivery, they came to our factory to inspect his machine and visited our machine working site. For his machine, he will use it near to the seaside. So, he is a little worried that the seawater will corrode the machines. After talking with our engineer, he was satisfied with it.
