On April 27, 2022, DASWELL finished the test run of the 19m pumpcrete and delivered it to the port. It will be loaded into a 40FR at the port and then shipped to our Southeast Asia customer.
DASWELL truck mounted concrete pump truck uses modern advanced computer simulation technology to systematically analyze the effects of various parameters such as stress, displacement, natural frequency and other parameters on the boom fatigue life of the truck structure. Optimize the design, adopt new free fluid technology, and greatly reduce the impact of pump reversal on the boom. All the steel plates of the boom system are made of high-strength cold-aluminum steel plates, and the yield strength is more than 900Mpa, which ensures the high strength and light weight of the boom system. The boom system is equipped with 100% post-welding stress relief treatment for the distribution booms, legs, and fuel tanks. Each weld of the boom system undergoes 100% flawless inspection or X-ray photographs to eliminate all the defects, and the durability is much better. The rotary system of the boom system adopts the Germany or Italy products and the material is 42CrMo, which has higher strength and longer service life.
1. It adopts X type support legs, with short car body but high stability. The supporting legs can be unfolded in narrow spaces.
2. The valve is from Rexroth, Sunny or Eaton.
3. 900# steel plate from Austria, with three times strength than that of Mn16 steel.
4. Engine speed is controlled by IMS brand stepping motor and driver, which is imported from USA.
5. Large diameter cylinder, big pumping flow.
6. Fully hydraulic controlled commutation hydraulic system. Pumping, S-valve distribution to replace the reversing direction, no need electrical signals, and it has features of small reversing impact, low noise, greatly lengthen lifespan of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic valve, eliminating the middle segments of the electronic control signal, greatly improve the reliability of the entire set of equipment.
7. The unique boom cushioning technology greatly reduces the high pressure peak of the system. Even in the case of high output, the boom has small vibration and the tail pipe is stable.

On April 15, 2022, DASWELL loaded one set of diesel concrete mixer with pump, 100m pipe, 15 units of bar cutter and 15 units of bar bender into a 40HQ container in the port. It will be shipped to Southeast Asia very soon.
On January 14, 2021, DASWELL loaded 1 set of CPD80-16-176 diesel concrete pump, 150m pipe, 2 units of steel bar cutter, 3 units of steel bar bender, 2 units of concrete cutter, 2 units of power trowel, 2 units of plate compactor and 2 units of tamping rammer into a 40HQ container at Shanghai port. It will be shipped to Southeast Asia very soon.
On December 17, 2021, DASWELL sent 2 units of CPD40-10-85 diesel concrete pump and 200m pipe to Shanghai port and loaded them into 40HQ container on December 20 at Shanghai port. It will be shipped to Southeast Asia very soon.
On September 28, 2021, DASWELL loaded two sets of CPD40-10-85RS diesel concrete pump into a 40HQ container at the port successfully. On October 2, it will be shipped to Southeast Asia.
On August 18, 2021, DASWELL delivered 5 units of 30m truck mounted concrete boom pump to Qingdao port. The 5 units of 30m truck mounted concrete boom pump was loaded into 5*40FR at the port. They will be shipped to Southeast Asia on August 30.
On July 17, 2021, DASWELL delivered 1 set of CPD40 diesel concrete pump and 1 set of DHBT50 diesel concrete mixer with pump, 200m steel pipe and some rollers to the port. It will be shipped to Southeast Asia on July 24.
On June 12, 2021, DASWELL delivered one set of DHBT50 diesel concrete mixer with pump, 100m pipes, two sets of silotop dust collectors to the port. It was loaded into a 40HQ container at the port on June 13 and will be shipped to Southeast on June 17.
On May 20, 2021, DASWELL sent one set of CPD40 diesel concrete pump together with 100m pipe and one set of DHBT50 diesel concrete mixer with pump together with 100m pipe to the sea port and will ship it to Southeast Asia on May 27.
On January 20, 2021, DASWELL loaded one set of CPD60-13-130RS diesel concrete pump, one set of DHBT50 diesel concrete mixer with pump, 300m pipes and some spare parts into a 40HQ container and will ship it to Southeast Asia on this coming Saturday.
On June 10, 2019, DASWELL shipped 4 sets of 8m3 transit mixer, 1 set of 37m truck mounted pumpcrete and one set of 5ton wheel loader to Southeast Asia successfully.
